Market inspired recipe: Zucchini Bread



Zucchini Bread

3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups grated zucchini

Mix the above ingredients and add dry ingredients below.  
(NOTE: Mix in the below ingredients just until well mixed.)

3 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups choc. chips

Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
(or you can bake it in 5 mini loaf pans for about 40 minutes, check often!)
