A Vendor a Day! Welcome Fresh Potato Sales

Fresh Potato Sales

We are excited to announce that Fresh Potato Sales will be selling reds, golds and russet potatoes at their booth all season long!

Much of the Yukon Gold's popularity is due to it's golden color,  which many people say give it a rich buttery flavor.  They are also used in salads and mashing just as the reds and russets, yet they differ in that gold's are also used for boiling.

Known mostly as a "fresh potato" it actually has gained popularity and used much like the a russet potato in salads, mashed and fried.

Russet Potatoes are a great baking potato, used mostly for potato salads, mashing and frying.
