 Welcome to September! This is the month of preparing for winter. The cucumbers are on, the tomatoes, and peppers are ready for canning, salsa, sauces, and eating fresh. The eggplants are just right for various filling dishes. Peaches, pears, apples and berries are available for canning and jams. It is definitely time to preserve food for the upcoming winter months ahead. Winter squash is making its appearance and more is on the way. 

As the temperatures fluctuate, you know the seasons will be changing. Get your honey, soaps, blankets, and books to read. It's not too early to begin holiday gift shopping while the selection is good. We are located at the Mountain View Barn 3 miles South of Jerome on Highway 93. Come between 9-1 and enjoy breakfast or lunch. We'll have the lemonade out for you.

 We are coming up on the last market for August. It's an adventure to go out in the gardens and discover what is growing and ready to harvest. They are loaded with melons, cucumbers, many kinds of squash, peppers, and so much more. The weather should be lovely for Saturday. Come early for the best selection. 

Now is the time to pick up blankets for early fall. There are one of a kind gifts for Christmas, camo tie dye shirts for the guys, and so much more. Search the vendors for all your needs.

It's an exciting time to come to the market, we are at the Mountain View Barn, 3 mile South of Jerome on Highway 93. We will see you this weekend.

 The Jerome Famers Market is so busy. We have an abundance of cucumbers and cantaloupe, both are tasty. Did you know that cucumbers are 90% water, they are known to dissolve kidney stones, are anti cancerous, heal stomach ulcers, regulate blood pressure, rehydrate the bod, relive headaches and promote healthy skin? 

Now is the time of year to stock up on fresh vegetables and fruits When it's hot, these things are a gift, pure and simple. We work hard to bring the best and freshest produce possible to you. You can eat all you want. Our prices are more than fair and we are a feel good market.

 With the Jerome County Fair this week, and preperations of getting kiddos ready for school. Everyone is so busy. Before you lose the day, carve out a little time on Saturday to come to the Jerome Farmers Market and pick up some great breads, pickles, veggies, and much more for your weekend meals. 

While you are at it, check out Pam's adorable tie dye clothes. They are bright, fun, and will make you happy. You can pick up baby blankets, milk, soaps, honey, pies, and jams. The Jerome Civic Club will be with us as well. They raise money to benefit the community. DMB Turning also raises money to help families who need help with medical issues. there are some excellent causes to invest in. We are all about people with heart. 

We are at the Mountain View Barn 3 miles south of Jerome on Highway 93. Our hours are 9-1 but come early for the best selection. As always, the lemonade will be waiting for you.

Welcome to August! It will be a busy month. August begins Idaho Farmers Market Month. It's the perfect time to discover what your community has to offer. It's also the Sunflower Festival where you can bring your besties and come enjoy the day. Pick up gorgeous stems of sunflowers, meet our growers and artisans. Treat yourself to a pancake or breakfast nacho. Sweet watermelon will be arriving. Peruse the vendors wares, and spend the time relishing the summer day. 

You need to meet Abby Dinning from Lavender Hollow with her amazing flower bouquets. Come early for best produce selection and have a peach lemonade. We are located at the Mountain View Barn 3 miles south of Jerome on Highway 93. Come from 9-1 and have a day of shopping and fun.
