Fruit & Vegetable Dip Recipes!


While the farmers market waits until it's many fruits and vegetables are ready to harvest, we decided to give you some scrumptious dipping sauce recipes for all the many produce options that are soon to come your way!


Creamy Nutella Fruit Dip

This past weekend, I made this for a friend’s birthday party and it was a hit! Everyone kept asking me for the recipe and were shocked when I told them it only contains three ingredients. This is my new favorite go-to recipe for gatherings and parties. Enjoy!
Ingredients
  • About 13oz Nutella (I had a 26oz jar and used about half of it)
  • 4 oz. light cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • ½ cup cool whip
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together until well combined and creamy. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with your favorite fresh fruit or graham crackers.

Best Fruit Dip Ever! 

Ingredients:

1 (32 ounce) container Low-Fat Vanilla Yogurt
1 (8 ounce) container Lite Cool Whip
1 (3.4 ounce) box dry instant vanilla pudding mix
Fruit for serving

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together vanilla yogurt, Cool Whip, and pudding mix until completely combined and you see no more lumps. The mixture will be a little bit gritty at first because the pudding hasn’t had a chance to dissolve into the yogurt mixture yet.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to chill for about 30 minutes. Serve with your fruit of choice and enjoy!
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.


Veggie Dip
Ingredients
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 packet Ranch dressing mix (1 oz)
  • 3 oz Jar bacon bits
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Mix well and refrigerate. Serve with veggies or chips.


Garlic Aioli

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS:

Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl. 
Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
  • 3/4 cups mayonaise
  • 3 Cloves fresh garlic (finely minced)
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoons fine sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
